320 Park Avenue

After a $78 million renovation in 1995, 320 Park Avenue has also added LEED and Energy Star accolades to its credentials as a Plaza District standout.

Headquarters of the Mutual of America Life Insurance Company, 320 Park Avenue was originally designed by Emery Roth & Sons in 1960. In 1995, a Swanke Hayden Connell-led redesign expanded the 35-story tower’s square footage to 730,000 square feet. 320 Park Avenue recently earned a 2011 Energy Star for outstanding building performance to complement its Silver certification under Version 2.0 of the LEED for Existing Buildings rating system.
