Designed by Pommerance & Brienes and located between Lexington and Third Avenues, the 39-story 150 East 58th Street dates from 1969 and is also known as the Architects & Designers Building after its lower 12 floors, which are occupied exclusively by tenants from the decorative arts industry. Indeed, the tower is home to New York City’s largest collection of luxury showrooms for kitchens, baths, appliances, tile & stone, and home furnishings. Over 35 showroom tenants benefit from the tower’s strategic marketing program, which includes advertising, special events, and other programming that’s focused on both end users and industry professionals.

But 150 East 58th Street also offers 550,000 square feet of office space, with floor plates ranging from 11,000 to 20,000 square feet.
