Esteemed readers: I'm out of here, and won't be back around gbNYC until 2010. Stephen will take the reins of this particular sleigh-ride over the next few days, but if I were you I'd expect lighter posting here at gbNYC over the holiday season. I won't even be in the country, Stephen will be in The Country (that is, rural Virginia), and anyway who can think about geothermal heating when there are presents under the tree? (Just kidding: you, gbNYC reader, and also me and also Stephen are people who can think about geothermal heating when there are presents under the tree) Anyway, I'll be back in the new year, and we'll get back to doing what we usually do at gbNYC. Until then, I wish you all a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year and successful egg nog experiences and et cetera. Be good, see you in 2010. Oh, also: I'm going to finish David Owen's Green Metropolis on vacation, which means that gbNYC Book Club post from a couple months ago is finally coming to fruition.
