Whether LEED-EB:OM-certified, Energy Star-certified, or not, gbNYC vets existing buildings for spaces that meet our clients’ criteria and present the structure and systems necessary to support their sustainability goals in the short and long term.

In addition to advising you on what buildings and spaces are best-suited for your business, gbNYC will negotiate the best terms that the space can be leased for and assist you in all aspects of the transaction, including negotiating directly with the landlord and/or the landlord’s broker. All at no cost to you, saving you – and your business – money.
