The growth of gbNYC

Founded in 2006 by Manhattan-based construction attorney Stephen Del Percio, one of the first ten attorneys in the country to earn the LEED AP designation from USGBC, gbNYC has established itself as the premier source of news and opinion on green building in New York City.  Mr. Del Percio continues to publish gbNYC's main blog feed, which delivers fresh regular content on the local state of green real estate. Now, gbNYC has proudly partnered with Manhattan-based Elegran Real Estate & Development to help users identify green properties for sale or lease across New York City.

Our green real estate marketplace is the first of its kind anywhere in the country. It both allows individuals to list their own properties and users to browse availabilities in rental, condo, and commercial buildings.
