Back in June, Country Living magazine temporarily exhibited its 2010 House of the Year – a prototype LEED for Homes prefab, developed by New York-based design-builder New World Home – at the World Financial Center.

In one of the year’s biggest green building stories anywhere, a disgruntled purchaser of a condominium unit at Battery Park City’s Riverhouse filed suit against the developer of the project on the basis that the unit had failed to satisfy certain green representations in the project’s offering plan.
